i just built my system and installed os winxp and it all works fine appart from when it click on shutdown pc, my winxp shutsdown okay but pc power stays on, it wont shutdown and also i dont know what to look for in my bios under power mangement as i cant see anything to do with shuting down my pc i checked in my control panel under power options in advance and its all okay there i think i might have connected cables wrong in front panel jumpers, but all seem to work my hdd led works fine and reset button working fine and pc poweres on fine when i press it so please someone help me out as this was my first pc i built and one more thing i just installed linux mint on my other hdd and thats doing same it wont shut my pc down power stays on too.. i wanna ask you guys about my memory too but after this as i proberly getting ahead of myself.
