GA-M68MT-S2 Rev3.1 Turbo Boost Not Working?

Hello

I had to update my bios to rev3.1 for GA-M68MT-S2

Before the bio update with turbo boost on i was getting 4.2ghz

Now after the bios update with turbo boost on im getting 2.8ghz?

Its liek turbo boost is not working after the bio update, please help.
