GA-MA780G-UD3H motherboard won't boot when l put in AMD CPU Phenom II X4-945

I'm putting together a pc for my friend. I bought the phenom II x4 945 to put in the GA-MA780G-UD3H motherboard but it won't boot up. I have tested the motherboard with a 9750 phenom cpu and it worked. I also updated the motherboard. I don't understand why it won't boot up??

Are you sure the CPU is good? Which one is it on the list of supported Phenom II X4 945? https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-MA780G-UD3H-rev-10#support-cpu

Yes its the II x4 945

What version BIOS do you have installed? The Phenom 9750 works on the native BIOS version (F1), depending on which Phenom II X4 945, you may need BIOS version F2, F4, or F5.

oh l found the problem. The cpu pins are bent and one of them is broken. Rip
