GA-P35-DS3L + Thermalright Ultima-90i ?

Does anyone know if the Thermalright Ultima-90i will fit Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L ?

And

Does thermal paste have 'use by date'?, as I have AS5 from 16months back (probably a stupid question, but thought i'd ask it anyways)

It should. The board doesn't have crazy ultra mega hyper copper heatsink-a-ton like the upcoming ASUS board with copper ram cooler. (crazy!)

I don't think so, though AS or stores will probably tell you otherwise to make a sale. Try to sqeeze a bit out & see if it looks normal.

I am using one with the P35C-DS3R and it fits Ok. I don't know if there is much difference between this board and the one up picked....

Is that the one with the Intel push pin mounting design or the back plate? I have seen the 90 both ways.
