I bought a Gigabyte P35-S3 + E2160 + 2gb A-Data Vitesta + Enermax EarthWatts 430W a few months ago. Ever since I bought them when I was rebooting it would sometimes reset my o/c settings and boot at default speeds and it would take 1 or more tries until it would take to o/c back (reboot, enter bios, make settings, save). For the last 2 weeks or so, everytime i had to reboot it would reset to default and become gradually harder to make it keep my o/c settings (I`m not talking about extreme overclock, it won`t take it even at 201-210 fsb). A few days ago, I had to reboot again (I keep my computer on 24/7 so reboots are pretty rare) and again I bumped into this problem but this time I couldn`t make it boot with any settings except default.
Even if I only change it from Auto to Manually and set the fsb to 200, multiplier to 9 and ram divider to 2-4 it won`t work. On auto, everything work fine, the system is stable, i have no problems whatsoever with it.
Also, all the time it was under o/c, the cpu was at 1.360V, ram at 2.0 V, no change on other voltajes, temperatures never went over 55 celsius (Thermalright xp-90c cooler). I have an XFX 7600GT video card, Chaintech av710 soundcard, Seagate 250gb hdd. The system was Orthos stable 12+ hours.
Did anyone else bump into this problem ?
I don`t really want to RMA it because I`m not sure it will qualify for replacement (it does work at default) and also I don`t want to stay without a computer for days/weeks.

I've had two of these motherboards and both have had nothing but problems. Reading about it on many forums, there are
many many people with same problems.

Some people are lucky that down grading the bios works, some report changing the memory around into different slots works and some mentioned that not using memory in the same two coloured slots works.

For me and many nothing worked. System reboots usually when doing something intense like Crysis.

Its a poor motherboard and was cheaply made, too cheaply and cut too many corners cut....

RMA it and upgrade.

The thing is, even when I had troubles getting it to keep my o/c settings, in windows it was perfectly stable, had uptimes of up to 10-12 days, never had any problems whatever i did, no bsod, no reboots, no nothing. i just can`t get it to save my settings.
On default my cpu runs at 200x9, if i enter the bios and set it manually to 200x9 it still won`t take it.
