GA-P35C-DS3R or GA-P35-DS3R ???

I was just looking for a motherboard that supports e6750 fsb, and I found these two motherboards. Both of them are good. I think they both support DDR3 and DDR2 or ... P35C only supports DDR3? P35C one is more expensive. Can someone help me? Thanks.

GA-P35C-DS3R supports both DDR2 and DDR3. I just bought one today...

DDR3 support is easily worth an extra $30.
Go with the "C".

Thank you for the replies, but the memory I am getting is 2GB DDR2 PC2-6400, you still think it's worth it?
