GA-z270 g3 - problem with CPU Vcore

So i notes my cpu vcore is stuck at 1.5v even when i do nothing... when trying to adjust vcore in bios nothing happen...

even when downgrading or upgrading the bios still the same...my cpu is i7 7770k

Download CPU-Z and does it say the same on first tab?

u mean the one called "loading optimize something" i did it... and nothing happen

Can you please upload screen of CPUz on the memory tabs (all of them)
You should be able to put your bios into optimized defaults.
In Bios disable automatic overclock
Disable enhanced turbo boost ( Asus or other)
Disable Memory overclock or any XMP profile
Set other CPU and memory parameters to auto.
