This is an elementary question at this point. But what I wanted to know before I start the process of buying the case and PSU was this board is listed as being 11 by 13. It doesn't seem to match any of the standard sizes be it ATX or EATX.

If it says atx, then the mounting holes are drilled in the correct position for the case standoffs. I recommend a case with a front fan already installed and the lower brackets facing sideways so you have no interferance from the motherboard heatsinks when mounting the hardrives.

I'm sorry but the mistake was mine. It was due to info from Amazon where I won't buy it anyway whereas New Egg verified it is a standard size atx. Thank you for taking the time to answer me.
