I am new to the overclocking world so I started with looking at reviews with great motherboards for overclocking for beginners and experienced and I came across a lot of the reviews on Newegg for this Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard. I saw nothing but great reviews. 4 or 5 stars from everyone and then I came across this Tom's Hardware review and made up my mind. I am really enjoying this board and getting some great benchmarks. Check out this link and maybe it might help come up with a decision.

Hard to say. They're both about equal in terms of performance and reliability.

I know you're new but you cannot judge a product on the store reviews alone. The positive reviews are completely baseless and the negative reviews have almost nothing to do with the product. That's why places like this exist. There's a lot of crap hardware that gets 5-egg reviews on Newegg so it's not really a good source. Isnt that what I put in my reply? I linked the same review. In my reply I stated I saw alll the great 4 and 5 star reviews that made me investigate further and so I found the review on Tom's guide and then made my decision. I agree u cannot base a decisiononly on product reviees and thanks to forums and this website peeps can make better decisions.
