ga-z97-hd3 wont boot

Hey Guys,
I got an issue here.
Yesterday I was in my Controlcenter to update my Bios over Windows.
So I was searching for a new Version of my Bios.
But I canceled the process, cause I had to go. The Pc was struggling after I canceled the Process.
So I rebooted the Pc.
After this I don't even get in my Bios.
I did everything in the Manual. I extract the battery and connect the cmos reset jumper with each other.
I change even the Battery.
And now I don't know what to do.
Can anyone help me, please?

At what point did you cancel the bios update because it sounds like you did it in the middle of updating the bios which left you with a corrupt un-usable bios.

I found a Server in the US ti upgrade, then he don't do anything. At this moment s canceled it.
I testet anything and I don't really want to change the mabo, because of my watercooling.
I know, that I have a dual Bios. Can I use it somehow?
