Question GA-Z97X-UD5H vs GA-Z97X-Gaming G1

I need help. both is Z97 and which is better? I do gaming, video editing, and want a lasting board even tho I'm getting a second hand mobo. thx

The GA-Z97X-UD5H appears to have a slightly better audio chip (7.1 v 5.1 channel). I could not find much else in terms of differences between the two.
