I'm not sure as to whether this is common when motherboards are dying, or this is extremely weird because this issue has me stumped, I have a simple Gigabite 78LMT-USB3 motherboard, an amd 6350fx processor, a WD blue terabyte hard drive, a Cronus 550w power supply and a palit gtx 970 graphics card along with 16gb ram. Now my computer is randomly restarting and shutting down, I could be 5 minutes into windows, It could not have even booted past the bios, no matter what I do the problem persists, I've changed the RAM, graphics card, Processor and the issue still persists, can anyone confirm the problem is the MOBO before I go and pay out on another?

It's barely a month old, it's worked fine, I replaced it to make sure it wan't the PSU and the problem still persisted.

Barely a month old is even more reason to suspect it but since you've already tried another psu ...
Does it start right back up by itself, do you have to wait and then push the button?
Can you check that the cpu heatsink didnt get dislodged or loose.
