Hi, my new Gainward GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Phoenix Golden Sample shows 0% Fan Speed. (ExpertTools II from Gainward). If i try to select custom Fan Speed i cant move the switch...

In Games the Temperatures are OK and the Fans seem to spin faster in Games...

In MSI Afterburner i cant even select "Fan Speed" and it shows no Fan Speed too.

Please Help.. Is my Card Broken?

i dont think its broken. But its kinda weird that you cant manipulate the Fan speed of it...
Anyways in game seems to work just fine for what you tell. Whats the average temps it has?
Also... Are you executing MSI afterburner as Administrator?

35 Degrees (Celsius) in Idle and 60 while gaming are absolutly okay.

I figured it out and now it gets weird:
-Expert Tools II from Gainward shows 0% Fan Speed and didnt let me change anything it just simply shows Core Clocks Temps etc.
-MSI Afterburner (as Administrator) no Fan Speed, just like Expert Tools II.

So i just downloaded as a last try the EVGA Precision X1 Beta Version (for their own RTX 2080 TI Models). It Shows 2 Fan Speeds and i can adjust them :D
I even can change my RGB LED Colors from the Card - didnt even know its possible.

Long story short, Gainwards own Expert Tool II isnt able to configure their own RTX 2080 Ti. But EVGAs Precision X1 Software -designed for EVGA Cards- can.
