Gainward GTX 1070 Phoenix vs MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X

Hi. Well my rig is red and white so I want my video card to be red. I searched the benchmarks and the Gaming X has higher fps to the Phoenix with a little amount due to the overclock. The difference of price here of the two in my place is $120. Is the price difference worth it to get the MSI?
