Question Gainward GTX 1660 Ti Ghost OC: fans issue?

Hello,

maybe somebody can help or knows more about this topic.

Few days ago I sold my old 1060 3Gb and bought 1660Ti for 1080p/60Hz casual gaming.

"The problem" (GPU works just fine) is that Gainward 1660Ti Ghost OC does not support "Zero RPM Fan" feature. Fans can not be set below 29% which equals 1000rpm. I tried with MSI Afterburner and Gainward EXPERTool, but no succes. Iti is obvious that 29% minimum is locked in GPU bios fan curve. GPU is pretty cold and I am sure I could normaly with fans turned off until temperature reach 55 C. My rig is in living room and it has to be as quiet as possible.

Then I saw that card supports "UEFI BIOS" feature. Is it possible somehow to edit fan curve settings in GPU BIOS?
