Gainward gtx 750ti no display

So I got this new GPU for 70 bucks and was hyped for it. It came. So I put it in my PC and..... No display. Me bios is fairly new and my PC specs are 4gb Kingston ram, 450w evega PSU , and a i3 550... I have read many others having this problem and no answers so pleeeeaaasssseeee help as I'm really looking forwards to playing my games....

Take out the GPU and look in your Bios for a Primary Display Adapter setting and make sure it's not set to integrated.
Also did you plug the video cable into the GPU and not the motherboard?

4gbs of Ram isn't going to get you very far with many games though.
