GAINWARD GTX960 PHANTOM 4GB fans not working

Hi,
a week ago I buyed components for my computer including a GAINWARD GTX960 Phantom 4GB. I connected all the wires properly and turn on the PC. I installed windows, then the graphics card driver, but the fans on the GPU wont work... Anynone has same issue or knows how to solve it?

maybe it has that 0db fan support? so until reaching a certain temperature the fans won't turn on.

However you can still check if the fans work. download an application like msi afterburner or evga precision and you can create fan profiles manually there
