Question Galax GT730 problem

Hi, I have an old pc and I start to make it work.
My problem is, Integrated GPU is working fine but when GT730 2gb DDR3 videocard is installed its not detected, fan is spinning tho.

CPU: amd a4-4000 series
Mobo: Gigabyte ga-f2a55m-ds2
RAM: 2x2Gb DDR3 1333Mhz
PSU: 500 watts

When monitor is connected to gpu its no signal.
So I put it back on igpu

Can you get into the bios? You may need to activate the top pci-e slot configuration and compatibility upon startup.

new gt 730? test it on another working pc?
