Galax Reference 980Ti?

I'm thinking of buying and watercooling a 980Ti and was wondering whether this is a reference card?

I think so. Why don't you buy a 980ti with a preinstalled waterblock?

I wanted to buy all my parts in the same place. I usually buy parts from PCCasegear and get them delivered since i'm in Australia. Unfortunately doesn't look like any 980Ti's have a preintalled waterblock 🙁

I just had a look on the Galax website and looks like it has some pictures of the pcb. Seems to match up with the original reference design.
