Question Galax RTX 3080 Ti High Temperature while gaming

Hi All,
I have a Galax RTX 3080 Ti 12GB that hits high temps during gaming. As reported by GPUz the temperature during stress/gaming are:

Core temp: 81C
Hot Spot Temp: 104.3C
Memory Temp: 104C
Fan(s) Speed: 90 +%
GPU Load: 95 +%

I am wonderding if these temperatures are normal. Should I reapply the thermal Paste/Thermal pads ?

Here's my overall system configuration:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Ram: 32 GB DDR4
Motherboard: MSI B450M Pro-Vdh Max
PSU: Corsair RM1000e 1000W
