So guys, i have the chance to buy any of this two cards, both used but i know for a fact they are like new. The Galaxy is complete in box, while the Matrix is OEM. Also price wise the Matrix is quite more expensive.

Not having looks into consideration because they are both sexy cards (the Matrix looks sicker imo, and would look great on my build), what is the best overall card between the two? Is the Matrix better, or the extra price point is just becuase of RoG branding? I am more considered about silence and temps, but would like to OC their cards to the max, but with their stock coolers (at least for now)

Any help is appreciated, thanks,

So I'm checking out the info on the web, including the reviews below, I gotta say... get that HOF card!

GALAXY Tech is renowned for their white colored PCBs and they have used the same design scheme on their ultimate GeForce GTX 780 Ti HOF V20 with a beastly looking extended PCB which rivals that of the EVGA GTX GeForce 780 Ti KingPin and MSI GTX 780 TI Lightning. Oh well, i could wait, but i live in argentina, and we get new technologies waaaay after they are releases everywhere else, and at stupidly high prices, so even if it is beeing released in two days I would have to wait gods knows how much until i am able to realistically get one.

The PWM supply will come with its own set of heatsink in the final retail variant. Power is pumped through Dual 8-PIN and a single 6-Pin connector which equates to a TDP above 300 Watts.

The most exciting new feature of the GTX 780 Ti HOF is Galaxy’s exclusive Hyper Boost technology, which acts as a hardware supercharger enabling core clocks never before possible with conventional software overclocking alone. Pressing the Hyper Boost button engages special circuitry and internal optimizations, pushing clock speeds into overdrive and raising fan speeds accordingly. Hyper Boost increases core clocks by up to 8% beyond GPU Boost 2.0’s dynamic overclocking function and users’ custom OC settings. Multiple world record benchmark scores have been broken already as a result

This beast of a card is amongst the most high end versions that ASUS has to offer and comes with a customized PCB, a phat dual-slot cooler and for the pro-overclockers LN2 options. Armed with dual 8-pin power connectors and a Molex connector (I kid you not) this board has a 14-phase DIGI+ VRM for the GPU with another two for the memory subsystem, covered by an impressive yet silent cooler protective is manages to impress. The Matrix will also have a nice backplate cover to protect the backside SMT components.
