Galaxy Note 5 - How many years will the battery last?

Because of the note 5 having no removal back, how long will it's battery last in years before needing replacing?

What's more important is, can a cell phone repair shop pop the phone apart and replace the battery. Iphones are supposedly sealed and shops replace those batteries no problem for $50-$75. I'm ok with this cost. But,,, no far no one's explained why the sealed back is better...

Yes the battery CAN be replaced.
