Galaxy S4 screen dead need some for of access

I have a galaxy s4 with a dead screen I need access to the phone through some form of program hardware is not an option.

I have a fairly powerful Desktop running Windows 7 (x86) and Android Studio.

Help is greatly appreciated

It can be done...

Method #1:
Use an MHL to HDMI Cable
I know this works on the S4 because I have a Note 2 and this same cable and it displays to my monitor. Here is a link to where you can find it.. Or you can look for it at a cell phone store:

Method #2:
Do you have USB Debugging activated on your phone? If so, you can access your phone through a computer:
