Question Galaxy S6 Edge Fails to Boot - Data Recovery Options

When I plug my phone in, I see the charging icon on screen but it will not charge (there is no green in the battery icon). I can access the maintenance boot mode, but if I try either restarting normally or in safe mode, the Galaxy S6 logo will flash for a brief second, then the phone will turn off again. I have insurance so if it is a hardware problem I cannot fix that is fine, but I would like to be able to recover data (pictures, videos, etc.) from this phone. (And yes, I know I should have backed it up before hand, but it's too late for that now). My computer will not detect my phone, and the trial version of PhoneRescue cannot detect it either. What are my most viable, and ideally least expensive, ways to recover data form my phone? Am I just completely screwed? Thanks for any help in advance, and if this is not the correct place to post this, please tell me where I can.

If the phone won't boot and a computer can't detect it, nothing you can do to get into it. Any files you have on an SD card should be OK, as long as you did not encrypt that card. If it's encrypted, it won't be read.
