Galaxy S9 - AT&T HD Voice Help?

Hi everyone!

I got my new S9 today from Samsung's website, but it is an AT&T branded device. I put my old sim card in it, but WiFi calling was not working. So I went to the store to have the new sim card activated and voila! WiFi calling now works. However, one of the main reasons I bought an AT&T branded S9 was so I could take advantage of HD Voice, or VoLTE. I looked under Connections > Mobile Networks > Mobile Data but there is no option for HD Voice. Everywhere that I search leads me to threads on WiFi calling or people trying to get HD Voice on an unlocked device.

Does anybody know why I don't have the option for HD Voice? I really want to get this working...

On your S9, pull down the top of your screen, like where you pull down the top to change brightness and see quick settings. There should be an option there to switch on VoLTE. Atleast, it is there for me.
