[SOLVED] Gallax GTX 1060 Fans spinning randomly

So My GPU's fans just spin for no reason even just when im browsing. Any Ideas?

most cards have zero rpm mode which causes the fans to only spin once they reach a certain temp my dad's rtx 2070 does it. my rx 580 does it too but I have it disabled. one thing you can do is play a game and see if they spin. the game needs to be somewhat intense. and if you mean your fans spin when your just web browsing it is quite normal but if your concerned you can get an app to monitor temps like hwmonitor etc..

My RX460 fans don't start until 60C, you can run the Heaven benchmark and monitor the temp with CPUZ. https://benchmark.unigine.com/heaven

How can you turn on this mode, because currently my GPU starts spinning for no reason and its bothering the hell out of me
