Question Gallery sort

i just transfered my screenshot images to another folder so when i open the folder from gallery or any app like whatsapp they are all made created on dec 17 not their original dates so all the screenshots are not organized so is there any fix to make them organized by their dates (not sort by option)

is there like a program or a bot that could change every images' creation date (they are over 11K image so doing manually would take ages)

but i don't know anything about programming so is there a similar thing to make the 11k files creation date be changed automatically to the original one that is written on the file name like IMG_20190719_074306
