Question Gamdias gaming case fans will not spin

Hi. I recently purchased a Gamdias Apollo E2 Elite case but the front 200mm x2 front fans won't spin. RGB is working however. Any help is appreciated.

You might want to see if all your connections from the motherboard and PSU are hooked up tot he case's front panel module.

On second thoughts, please mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age as well as the make and model of your motherboard.

Include images of all the connectors on your platform/case in case you've hooked them up the wrogn way in your build.
