game and video is not play

i have a laptop of asus capany. model no is k52f. i'm not play game in laptop.
play any hd video so video is a crack.
hd video play just like printing page of dot matric printer.
what i do?

Make sure your video card is working well or not ! Then check the configuration of laptop, try to open non hd video and check it.
