Bought this PC on 1/12/2019 and playing game smoothly but after few weeks ( 2-3 weeks ) some games failed to start . The game boot up and just stuck at black screen . Some games is doing fine like Rainbow Six , Battlefield V , CSGO , LOL , DOTA and some Triple A game . But on Destiny 2 and Dead by Deadlight the game just stuck on black screen , so since the GPU is still in warranty i ask the seller for a fix and their just replace a new one for me . After putting the new GPU (Same Model ) the games works again , until last night (24/2/2020 ) the game started to Black Screen again ... Is this a game bug or GPU problem ?
When the game is in black screen my gpu fan will spin 100% ( The temperature is normal and the fan is set to auto mode but the fan spin at 100% when it's in black screen )

Your PSU is from what I can find to put it plainly RUBBISH, if it's a prebuilt then they put in cheap crap to get a profit. I would bet money the PSU can't deliver the power needed to the GPU so it blacks out. Get a decrnt Seasonic or Corsair PSU and you should have your problem solved.

Something like this.......Corsair RM650x or a EVGA 650 G2

Your other components are pretty good but that PSU is really terrible. Any Modular PSU that is not Gold rated is to be left alone in most cases and especially with a good RTX GPU in the system.

But when i install my GPU on different PC with thermaltake 1200W , i'm still getting Black Screen on Destiny 2 and Dead By Deadlight .

I guess it could be a faulty card but I find it unlikely because if it was then most likely it wouldn't play other games.

Check your drivers and make sure that only one set is there! But to be fair I have heard alot of people having black screens on Destiny 2.

You could also try upgrading your psu but as you said that didn't change because that's a time bomb. Maybe try r/DestinyTechSupport? It seems like a specialised issue to me.
