Game crash and screen flicker.
So, I just built my PC 2 days ago and finally got a chance to download and install a game on Steam, The Witcher 3 and I can't even get one/two minutes into gameplay without the game fully closing. It goes black and then returns me to My Desktop, but steam is still open. I do not get any error/crash message.
I thought it was my GPU Driver so I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest driver, even going as far to put my game settings to the lowest spec, I got a bit further but the same problem occurred. I have troubleshooted this issue for a couple of hours and still haven't found a solution. Also its not overheating, My GPU maintains around 45 Degrees Celsius.
Can anyone help?

P.S Occasionally my screen just goes black or flashes black randomly?
