Game crash while playing GTA V!!!

I've been playing GTA V for a while with Ultra Settings and had no problem what-so-ever until when it comes to The Bureau Raid mission. Everything OK until THAT part where you plug out the HDD, go towards the stairs, then the stairs collapse. As soon as the cam goes right back at Franklin, to continue playing, THE GAME CRASHES!!! I have no idea why the game just crashes right there and it gives me this error:

ERR_STR_FAILURE_3
Please reboot and restart the game.

I've searched everywhere for a answer but no luck >_>

I've tried to lower the graphics, tried to skip the mission, the game is not modded, pure vanilla patched to v3.50

If anyone could help, please answer!!

Thanks for the answer. I was wondering if i could bypass this mission, like, skip it or smth? :/

yeah good idea...

also if you fail the mission 3 times theres an option to skip it (kill your character 3 times maybe)
