Question game crashed and all of a sudden all games frames are stuck on 30-40 plz help

about 4 months ago i was playing eft and my computer crashed i turned it back on and all my games frames were broken the games loading screen will be one 120fps but once you get in the frames drop to 30-40 i play rust,siege,csgo etc.

go to gpu manufacturer's site, search for drivers of your gpu model. download and install latest.
if you cant figure that out just go to gpu maker's site they usually have a auto-detect and update utility.

i was playine eft then it crashed and did the black screen i fixed it but when i played a game the menu would run at 120 fps and once i got in a game constint 10-30 fps and it doesnt stop ive tried all the tutorials on youtube and its on all games rust,siege,eft,csgo plz help

how do u know if the moniter is connected to gpu?
my temps are (this is while EFT is open)
CPU clock
1366MHZ
3504MHZ
the temp is 89c

turn the pc around. the cable should connect to the gpu.
