Hello,
I have a new pc and my Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo always crash after some time.
It could be after 5minutes, but sometimes I can play more than an hour.
I've already contacted Frontier but they haven't found a solution so far.

Tried to:
Play the game on lowest settings
Validate the integrity of the game files
Clean re-install of the GPU drivers
Use debug mode on Nvidia control panel
Launch in a clean boot environment
Clean full reinstall of Steam

The weird thing is, it's only those 2 games, I can play Flight Simulator 2020 and other heavy games on Ultra setting without any problems.
If anyone could help me I would owe them so much because its so frustrating!

To clarify: Brand name and exact model number of the PSU. You might have to look at the label on the PSU itself.

But, right now it's sounding like a 500W no-name or low quality brand, given the current lack of information. Probably something that has no business in a PC that has a 250W TDP video card, and a CPU that's officially 125W, but typically runs notably higher under load.

So, thus far, the PSU is my first suspicion. If you need a guide toward getting a QUALITY power supply, click on the first link in my signature.

Is your psu 500w or 750w?
You name both.
500w is insufficient.

Are there some patches for those games?
The game forums might give you some ideas.

A problem over time smacks of a heat issue.
Take the case cover off and direct a house fan at the innards.
See if that helps.
