Question Game crashes and Black screen

In most games a i play after a a few hours (varies) my game will just either go to a black screen or crash. I was told to download process explorer which i did and when the game crashed, i found out it was a dwm.exe error (im not too sure on what this is) then after that systemsettings.exe, applicationFrameHost, MoUsoCoreWorker.exe (not sure if the others have anything to do with it. Does anyone know how to sort this or prevent it, always seems to happen at the worst times

Things Ive tried are a fresh windows install, i removed all the drivers properly then reinstalled, Ive made sure all the components are seated correctly, temps don't seem to be an issue. Ive checked for malware/viruses, Its driving me nuts, any help would be appreciated

LG 1440 moniter and LG 1080p moniter as second

check os for latst update same for gpu with driver and use malwarebytes for scan in system did your antivirus report anything
