some games which have a high graphics demand crash after playing for 10 min its mainly ww2 multiplayer and campaign , i thought there might be an issue with the card but im not sure myself

thanks

My specs

Ryzen 2700X
Asus strix x470 f gaming
12gb of ddr4 2666mhz
Gigabyte gtx 1070
Corsair cx 600w psu

this happened like 2 days ago and i dont know why because i havent made any changes at all , i current have mpu overclocked but the temperatures are good , im getting about 39-40c on my gtx 1070 on idle

Take off the overclock, if only for testing, and see what happens. How old is your Corsair CX PSU? They are known for capacitor problems that cause them to age quickly. If it is a year or more old, that could be your problem. Before replacing anything though, try removing the overclock.

I have issues with COD WW2 as well it would use all my vram, but wouldn't crash it would just stutter when maxed out. In GeForce experience where you can look at games, you can click play or details. click details. on next screen click on the wrench on right side. slide the slider closer to performance instead of quality. what happens is the program comes up with an optimal setting that isn't always optimal for a given set of hardware. anyways it fixed my issues with that game. it drove me nuts trying to figure it out, all other games ran fine. also you can open riva tuner and cap FPS to monitor's refresh rate.
