[SOLVED] Game crashing, no display for few seconds

Today i was playing tekken 7 after some time some graphical glitches apear and after some time game crashes and no display for 2 secs. The error was unreal engine 3d error due device lost.
So i started playing rdr2 after playing like 2 hours game crashes with no display for few seconds.

All temperatures are below 70 degree Celsius
Gpu driver is up to date

Specs
I5 3470
P8h61-mx
Msi rx 470 4gb
16 gb ram
Antec 500w 80plus psu ( iam using 6 to 8 pin convertor)

A few days back my 6 to 8 pin converter got burned which was working fine for 1 year. So i bought new convertor.

I think you need a PSU which already has 6-pin and 8-pin cables, I'd say that was the cause of your problem.
Converting 6-pin to 8-pin is a bad idea.

Hmm thats what i am think. Does bad psu causes graphical glitches in game.?

An inadequate/borderline PSU would be more likely to cause instability, lock-ups or system crashes, not graphical glitches.

What can cause graphical glitches, however, is a GPU which isn't performing properly or has been damaged by using a 6-pin to 8-pin converter instead of buying a PSU which has the proper cables.
