Game Debate Accuracy

So I have a laptop, Intel i7 4600m cpu, amd radeon 8750m, 12 gb ram and I go on Game Debate and insert this info, and it tells me i can run gta 5 at 48.5 fps at medium settings, 1366x768 resolution

seems like absolute bull shit to me, what do you think?

p.s. system requirements lab says i can't even run gta 5

A.M.D mobile graphics card, whats to argue? Sounds right to me.

What about fps shutters? Do you think they'll occur much?
GD said I would get 59 fps for Planetside 2 on High when it was a best average of maybe 30-40. Not sure. Debating buying GTA 5 but not sure if it'll run on my system on at least medium with average draw distance / pop density

and also wtf GD said GTA 4 will run at about the same fps at medium, 1366x768

notebookcheck.net probably has the most reliable bench stats for mobile GPUs (considering games are less dependent on CPU)
