need a build with the following minimum specs and uses in order of importance to me:

Usages:
  1. Game development using the Unity Engine. This means have the Unity editor open along with visual studio and likely a third demanding process like having Maya or Blender open
  2. Academic/Research work in ML/DL, this means running algorithms and neural networks and possibly dealing with large amounts of data
  3. booting up the occasional game
Min Specs Desired (Open to change):
  1. 32 GB ram
  2. 500 GB SSD
  3. can comfortably run at least 3 monitors
  4. whatever you guys think for the motherboard, GPU, etc.
trying to spend somewhere between 1500 and 2500
appreciate any and all help
