Hello! I need to build a PC for game development with the Unreal Engine 4.

What do you guys think of this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($324.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($204.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($389.98 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card ($326.98 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($104.50 @ Directron)
Power Supply: Corsair RM 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($126.00 @ Amazon)
Total: $1727.40

I’m not sure about the RAM. I read that the i7 CPU is build for max. 1600 RAM speeds. Should I downgrade?

Also not sure if I really need an Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO mobo. Maybe its a bit too much? But good sound is a must :)

Was also wondering if I can go for a cheaper PSU with the same type of quality but lower watt. I like when the PSU regulates the fan speed to be as quiet as possible.

What do you guys think?
