[SOLVED] Game FPS and Performance not up to mark, above recommendation build

Hello Folks,
I need your help understanding whats going on.
I have decent build PC, and its above most of game's recommendation graphics specs.
But still I feel that FPS is not consistent and high. also in-game performance is also not good.
Where I am doing wront.
Below are specs

what game exactly? what resolution?

Storage: 1tb Samsung evo SSD m.2 | 1TB Hard Disk
PSU : Cooler Master MWE 750 Watt V2 Gold
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8gb x 2.
Resolution : 1920 x 1080 (Both monitor, one is 60hz other is 144hz)
OS: Win11

Games: Dota2, The Cycle, Apex, Elder Scrolls Online, Rust (So laggy)

All these games I am not getting decent performance on high graphics setting, even though I am using above the recommendation build.

Slow memory 2133 kills the AMD performance.
If you bought faster memory then you need to enable XMP profile in BIOS.
Show a pic of the SPD tab in GPUZ.

I dont have faster memory now.
Do you recommend buying more faster RAM. Like 3000hz etc?

You need to enable XMP profile your memory will go 2998.
