Question game freeze problem

hi
i have recently bought a new pc with specs.

i5 9400f
zotac gtx 1660 super amp
1x8gb ddr4 ram 3000mhz
gigabyte h310m motherboard
wd 1tb hdd
450w psu.

but while playing games like gta 5 and warzone the game freezes in the middle for 2-3 sec and the fps also drops.
i have also updated all the drivers properly.

Yea, mostly that's gonna be because you've just one 8gb stick of ram.

Both of those games, can use more than 8gb System ram. Ideally you want 2 x 8gbs matched kit, to get the best out of your system. Currently you are running in single channel mode, which can decrease gaming performance anywhere from 10-15 percent game dependant. Dual channel will alleviate both your issues I suspect.

While playing temp of gpu 60 degree c
70 to 80 % Usage of cpu and gpu.
