game freezes for 2 seconds and goes to normal

Every time when I play games like CS:GO or PUBG my screen and my sound freezes and all buttons are just keep being pressed. My character then teleports 20 ft forwards. When I play with my friends, they just say that I walked there and didnt teleport. They dont have those 3 second freezes. Its really annoying when that happens in a fight.

Windows 10 Enterprise
i3 8350K 4.00 GHz
MSI GTX 1050 ti
16 GB RAM
Z370 krait gaming motherboard

2. when you rubber band in a game it can be cause in general by internet lag, what is your internet speed looking like ?
3. have you ran HWINFO in sensor mode leaving it in the background to get the CPU/GPU temps ?

2.its not rubber banding the game and sound just freezes
3.cpu temperature is about 50 °C and gpu temperature is about 65 °C

I now know the answer to the random lags. Its my razer surround pro that is causing the lag. It just randomly switches to realtek hd audio and back to razer surround.
Does someone know how to fix this?

disable the Realtek in the bios

I found a solution.
I just recalibrated razer surround in razer synapse lol
