Question Game freezes when playing

So I bought Sekiro: shadows die twice a few days back but I haven't been able to play it because it keeps freezing. My pc specs are are the following:

OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i7-8700
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080
DirectX: Version 12

Any idea what could be causing this? the freezing occurs in about 2-10 minutes after I start playing.

I've tried to:

• Verify integrity of the game files
• download the latest drivers
• use old drivers
• clean boot my pc
• reinstall the game
• tried to play the game in windowed mode

Nothing has worked so far. I'm getting real frustrated because of this Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks.I myself am seeing buffering on You Tube and Vimeo on a clean installed 1809.Updated the display driver and used driver booster(reluctantly).Still not fixed.If its a MS bug no ones telling.
