Question Game freezing and no answer (ARK Survival Evolved).

For several days I have had a problem with ARK and Warframe, the problem mainly concerns ARK, because when I start the game and switch to the server or single, the game freezes after a while and I can not do anything, you have to turn off the game using the task manager, it happens it's mostly on epic / high settings.

From what I saw during the game, when I look at the task manager, the GPU consumption suddenly pops up e.g. 40% to 100% (at this point it is frozen) and drops to 1-2%.
Now I have set the graphics low and the fps cap to 60 and it freezes much less.
What could this be causing?

Let me add that I spent 2,600 hours in the game before the problem appeared.

I've already tried
- Reinstall Game

• I reinstalled Windows
• I have updated all drivers
• I raised the card power limit etc.

gpu -RTX 2080Ti msi x trio
cpu- Ryzen 3700X
16 GB 3600 MHz RAM
Monitor 2560 x 1440, 144 Hz

make and model of the psu?
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

psu-Seasonic Prime Ultra 850W 80 Plus Titanium.
Temperature when playing cpu 50-60c, gpu 60-70.
Gpu consumption 30-40%, cpu 20-30%.

The temperatures are good because I check them every now and then in different games.
The freezing issue was fixed when I set a maximum of 60fps.

ram running at 3600 and dual channel?
using ssd or hdd?

freezing still occurs at random times, sometimes it doesn't freeze for 8 hours, and sometimes it happens several times in a row. Does anyone know why this is happening?
