Game freezing(for about 1 second) and random crashes

So for the past year when I play some games like Warframe or recently black ops 4 my games tend to crash. No clue why the second issue is that they also sometimes freeze for about 1 second every couple of minutes. A pc reboot usually temporarily fixes the issue( freezing issue not crashing) but always freezes some time later.

Windows 10
Ryzen 5 1600

Samsung SSD 850 EVO M.2 250GB

Yeah the swapped to my old cpu and the issue went away, now I have this one to deal with :[
