So, I just upgraded my graphic cards to accommodate Final Fantasy 14 on my desktop and for 10-15 minutes, the game runs beautifully; however, it will begin freezing after this point. The game will not crash, but will recover after a minute or two. I can usually alt tab/ctrl alt del to the desktop and bring the game up back up that way as well. I have tried lowering all of my settings and this is not having an effect - the freezing still occurs. My drivers are upgraded as well.

Here are my specs:
intel core i7 processor
Motherboard: Winbond W83677HG-i
RAM: Gold Series PC3 10666 (two 4GB DDR3 sticks)
PSU: Ultra X4 750W
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
Running Windows 7 64 bit

Any help would be appreciated!

The case has 4 fans running - as far as thermal paste goes, not since my brother built it.

I've tried running the older driver and it just increased the crash frequency.

It's solely this game that is crashing - I've run other games, multiple programs, etc. - Any of possible solutions? I appreciate you all for helping me troubleshoot this issue!
