Game froze on startup [Please help!]

Recently i've discovered that when i bought a new game, when launch it. It froze at whatever screen u get when launch (lets say its a game logo) but the music still playing in the background. This has happened to Totally accurate battleground, Subnautica, The long dark and i believe many more in my library that i havent install yet. And the only games that work is Rainbow six siege, Bloons TD, Watch dogs 2, Fnaf 6 (which these are the games i've first downloaded when i got this laptop). I've tried clearing download cache, run steam compability mode in window 8... Please help me i dont want to play r6 forever.

RAM 8 GB
Intel hd graphics 5500
Amd r5 m330 2gb
Yes i have a laptop
im thinking of removing everything and reinstall windows (like reset and clean everything).. will that works?
