Game gets black screen 5mins into it

My specs- GTX 970 SC, FX8350, H60 cpu cooler, GA990FXA MOBO, 1 120GB ssd, 31tb HDD, 16Gb ram, 600W corsair psu. My issue is that when I am playing certain game I get crashes. This happens in 2 games. Arma 2 and Bioshock Infinite. About 20 mins into both games my screen goes completely black. My pc is still running but the screen goes black. These are the only games it happens in which sucks because arma 2 is one of my favorite games. I have played games like Dayz for hours and it runs perfectly fine. Do you guys think its a hardware problem or software? Thanks.

Most likely software related, still, monitor your temps while running those games with HWMonitor Pro, enable its log feature so you can review the data after it crashes.
