Game has minor freeze midway

I just upgraded my graphic card recently, and when I play game, sometimes, it'll freeze on me. Albeit, the freeze is short and it doesn't happen too often.

Is it normal? There are some temp that reached over 70 degree, and I don't even know which part is that. Feedback would be appreciate.

Your CPU is getting pretty hot, I'd clean the heatsink and apply new thermal paste.
